Day 1
Phuentsholing
Arrival & The Border Crossing
> Pickup from Bagdogra or Jaigaon to begin your journey.
> Check-in at your hotel and settle in.
> Enjoy an evening stroll around the serene Zangto Pelri Lhakhang park to soak in the local atmosphere.
> Stay: Phuentsholing
Day 2
Thimphu
The Ascent to Thimphu
> Embark on a scenic drive to Thimphu (approx. 5-6 hours).
> Stop at Kharbandi Gompa for breathtaking views of the valley and Chuzom.
> In the evening, visit Buddha Dordenma (Giant Buddha) at sunset for a stunning panoramic view of the capital city.

Day 3
Punakha
Punakha Valley & Adrenaline
> Drive over the famous Dochula Pass – on clear days, you can spot the majestic Gangkar Puensum peak.
> Take a walk to the historic Chimi Lhakhang temple.
> Visit the Punakha Suspension Bridge, Bhutan’s longest, for a thrilling experience.
> Return to the capital in the evening.

Paro to Border
The Tiger’s Nest Expedition
> The ultimate highlight: Hike to the world-famous Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest).
> Following the hike, descend and drive back toward the border at Phuentsholing/Jaigaon.

Bagdogra/NJP
